These are highlighted by nice New Caledonia and Camerouns. Last week brought another 300 covers to the site. There are another 100 Prexie covers, highlighted by a nice range of dollar value on high indemnity registered uses and airmail uses to India. Do please understand that saving items does not remove them from inventory or place them on hold for you. State lists are progressing slowly. The need to provide scans for every cover is very time consuming Ohio is the next state. That will likely take four months. Oklahoma will come quickly after that. Oregon will be a large list and may take as long as three months, but hopefully only two months. Then comes Pennsylvania which will take the balance of 2010 and perhaps then some. It is very frustrating that the state lists are taking so long. The only way to improve the speed would to hire a person full time to scan the existing covers. Since this would be economic suicide, I must rely on part time help that cannot always give me as much time as I would like. The balance of the states will be finished in 2011. One I have finished the alphabet, all the existing covers will have scans and I can restart the run of states and only worry about new additions. Now Open! A number of the features of this site make it impossible to offer less expensive covers. The scans, descriptions, free shipping and unlimited return privilege mean that most of the covers here are $10 and up. That doesn't mean there aren't lots of interesting covers and postal history that sell for less. I have a new website called Discount Covers. Enjoy browsing though thousands of covers priced at $1.25, $2.50 or $3.75. Over 60,000 covers are available. You'll have a good time. Please visit http://discountcoverstore.com. Over 2500 are new January 18. The worldwide highlights for this upload are Australia first days, Canada first days, Denmark first days, Liechtenstein, Papua New Guinea and Peru. In United States event covers, highway post offices and Alaska are the biggest sections. There should be something for almost everyone. The next upload will be on February 15. My newest web site is Stamps Plus. The goal is to offer a wide range of material, both basic stamps and specialty items. Expect to see used and unused, sets and singles as well as unused stationery, first days, revenues, and the gamut of philatelic items not listed in the catalog.
